Nivi’s Art Studio memberships are provided under a Single Family User Licence for personal, at-home use only.
A membership may be used by one household for their own children and is limited to one registered email address per family account.
Memberships may not be shared with other households, groups, organisations, or used within schools, childcare centres, tutoring businesses, or other educational settings without prior written permission.
All content available through Nivi’s Art Studio, including videos, artwork, graphics, worksheets, lesson plans, and website materials, remains the intellectual property of Nivi’s Art Studio.
Your membership grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for personal family use while your subscription is active.

Access to member-only content remains available for as long as your membership is active. Once your subscription is cancelled, access to the private membership area and its content will end at the completion of your current billing cycle.

Recurring subscription billing is managed directly through these secure payment services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be charged unless you choose to resubscribe.

Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends.
Subscription fees, renewal charges, and payments processed following a free trial are non-refundable.
To avoid future charges, please cancel your free trial or subscription before the next billing date.
